Legal Disclaimer for Outer Circle Foundation 2025 Fall Raffle: The Outer Circle Foundation 2025 Fall Raffle drawing will take place on November 8, 2025, at 8:00 PM ET via Facebook Live. Winners do not need to be present to win. All winners will be notified by phone or email, and prizes will be shipped or arrangements for local pickup may be made. The winner of the AR-15 (“The Chosen One” donated by Precision, a veteran-owned small business) must complete a federal background check through a licensed firearms dealer. The AR-15 will be transferred only after verification of eligibility is complete. If a winner does not meet legal requirements for firearm ownership, an alternate winner will be selected. All local, state, and federal laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all applicable laws governing raffle participation and prize transfer. Raffle is void where prohibited. All decisions of Outer Circle Foundation are final.
