HELP US REACH OUR GOAL
Outer Circle Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing PTSD awareness, suicide prevention programs, and career transition support for Veterans, First Responders, and their families. Founded by Matt and Buffy, our mission is to ensure that no hero fights alone.
Inspired by Matt’s late father, 2nd Lt. Herman “Chuck” Payne , a decorated U.S. Army veteran, our foundation is built on resilience, faith, and unwavering commitment to those who have sacrificed for our country.
Through personal experiences with PTSD and the transformative Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) treatment, Matt and Buffy understand the challenges faced by many and are devoted to offering hope, healing, and a path forward.
Together, we stand as abeacon of strength and support —because every hero deserves a chance to reclaim their life.
PTSD Resources
Our foundation provides essential resources catering to the unique needs of individuals grappling with PTSD. From assisting with counseling to therapeutic interventions, we strive to rebuild resilience and offer a path to healing for our heroes.
Suicide Awareness and Prevention
With a proactive approach, OCF raises awareness and implements preventive measures to combat the alarming rates of suicide among Veterans and First Responders. We advocate for mental health awareness and offer lifelines to those in distress.
Career Coaching, Resume Development and Networking
Our career coaching and resume development programs equip our heroes with the skills and tools needed for a successful transition into civilian life. We aim to empower them by fostering growth and enhancing employment prospects.
Collaboration with other Non-Profits
We cultivate strong partnerships with other non-profits to add to our programs and services. We are able to provide service animals, equine therapy, music therapy, art therapy, fishing, hunting, and plant based medicines.
